• Selected Garment Archetype (e.g. Lounge Suit, Dinner Suit, Cotton Shirt)

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

Your data is processed strictly for:

• Scheduling, confirming, and managing your bespoke fitting sessions
• Sending automated reservation confirmation emails
• Communicating fitting status or rescheduling requests directly with you
• Maintaining archived pattern references for repeat commissions upon client request

4. Database Processing & Third-Party Infrastructure

Reservation records are securely stored in our Supabase relational database infrastructure. Automated confirmation emails are dispatched using Gmail SMTP. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with external marketing agencies or third-party advertisers.

5. Data Retention & Client Privacy Rights

Fitting reservation records are stored securely for recordkeeping and pattern history. You may request the deletion, correction, or copy of your stored reservation data at any time by contacting our master tailor at:
