1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the MB-Square & Co. website or reserving a bespoke fitting appointment, you agree to comply with these Sartorial Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact our atelier directly prior to reserving.

2. Appointment Reservations & Capacity Limits

Fitting sessions are subject to daily atelier capacity limits (maximum 75 confirmed sessions per fitting date). Submitting a reservation request generates a unique Reservation ID. Dates are confirmed upon validation by our master cutter.

3. Fitting Sessions & Client Responsibilities

Bespoke garments require active participation across three mandatory fitting sessions (Basted, Forward, and Final Delivery). Clients are requested to attend fittings punctually at the scheduled time in Chennai. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours advance notice.

4. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

All branding, text, imagery, pattern graphics, sequence assets, and architectural content displayed on this website are the sole property of MB-Square & Co. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial reuse is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

MB-Square & Co. strives to ensure seamless digital functionality and accurate appointment tracking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential delays resulting from email network delivery failures beyond reasonable technical control.
